Request for cancellations or substitutions must be made via email to child-conference@nus.edu.sg.

All substitutions and cancellations must be received in writing.

Cancellation of registration must be made before 25 January 2025, 11:59pm (GMT+8) for a full refund of conference fees. Any cancellations made thereafter are non-refundable. The Conference Organiser reserves the right to reject any cancellation of registration, at its own discretion.

If the cancellation is made by the above-mentioned notification date, your full registration fees will be refunded, less a SGD 90 processing fee. Any additional bank or other Stripe charges related to the cancellation are to be borne entirely by the registrant.

Strictly no refund of fee will be entertained for 'No Show' cases.

The Conference Organiser reserves the right to stop registration before the closing date in the event of a full house. In the event of a full house, the organiser will contact unsuccessful delegates to arrange for a refund of any registration fees that may have been paid.

Situated along Singapore’s busiest shopping street, Orchard Road, Orchard Hotel Singapore is a 10-minute walk from Orchard MRT Station (NS22/TE22).

Orchard Hotel Singapore is also a 1-minute walk away from Delfi Orchard Bus Stop (09169) serving buses 7, 36, 77, 105, 106,111, 123, 132, 174 and 502.

The dress code is business or smart casual attire.

Full payment should be made first. After which, NCSS member Social Service Agencies (SSAs) and/or MSF-funded agencies have to submit funding application directly to NCSS via OurSG Grants portal. The outcome of the application will be given to directly to NCSS member Social Service Agencies (SSAs) and/or MSF-funded agencies and claims to be submitted afterwards.
